This global player in the Energy sector is looking for a mid/senior lawyer to take charge of a key portfolio, and to work closely with the Business units. Talented & well-qualified lawyers who have commodities and/or trading-related experience are highly desirable. The ideal candidates for this role should hold at least 7yrs of pqe in private practice or as an in-house counsel; Ability to clearly explain legal risks and find solutions to legal and commercial issues; Provide day to day legal advice, draft and negotiate contracts, advise on tenders and sale & purchase contracts; have a strong business acumen; and be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
