Hughes-Castell (Hong Kong) Ltd. was the first legal recruitment consultancy to target Asia and began recruiting lawyers from London to Hong Kong in 1985, with our Hong Kong office opening in 1986.

Servicing both major law firms and multinational corporations and banks, we rapidly expanded our geographic scope and began servicing the Singapore market in 1993. We then opened our Singapore office in 2001.

Our China practice has seen record growth, and in 2005 we opened our recruitment office in Beijing to build on our extensive client relationships.

Over the years, we have maintained our status as Asia's premier legal recruiter, providing in-depth coverage of the Asia-Pacific region.

Hughes-Castell has pioneered legal recruitment not only in Hong Kong, but also in Singapore, the PRC, Japan, Thailand and India. We have also undertaken assignments in Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia and the Middle East.
