  • Candidate presentation: after our search, you get a summary of qualified candidates with our honest evaluation of each. You can ask questions and learn more about each candidate before deciding how to proceed.

  • Interviews: after reviewing the candidates, you decide who you want to know more about. If possible, you may meet the candidate face-to-face, or the interview can be conducted over the phone or via video conference. We help you arrange the best time and venue, and you interview the candidate in a confidential meeting. You may conduct as many interviews as you feel is necessary.

  • Testing and reference checks: if needed, you may ask the candidates who you are most interested in for more information. This may be in the form of a language proficiency test, reference checks or other evaluation materials. We help you liaise with candidates when necessary and get any further information you require.

  • Selection and negotiation: now is the time to select the candidate you want for your company. We advise you as to the candidate's interest in your position, and you may submit an offer you feel is appropriate. If the candidate has questions or negotiations are required, we help you communicate your responses to achieve the best possible result.
